Purpose of change
Realism, more farming variety
Describe the solution
Goat and kid monsters copied from sheep counterparts, but with less fur, more dodge, and adults have much more speed and can climb. Still produce milk. Eat crops slightly faster.

Some other farm animal. Llamas?
Testing
Monsters spawn and looks right (and wow there's already art ready to go)
