Summary

Bugfixes "Add subcategories to crafting recipes that lack them."

Purpose of change

16 crafting recipes currently stand out as lacking sub categories, and can only be found in the "all" tab of their respective crafting category. An easy way to demonstrate this issue is to use the debug menu to unlock all recipes on a character and remove the "New!" tag from all items in subcategories, some items under All will still possess the "New!" tag. Fixes #50710

Describe the solution

Add subcategories to these recipes: leverpostej, button_wood, button_plastic, button_steel, ugl_buttstock, wood_beam and its alternate, wood_panel and its two alternates, 2x4 and its alternate, fishspear, m_fishspear, wind_mill, and water_mill.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Testing

Checked that items are correctly found under their new subcategory.

Additional context

Before, an example of leverpostej only being in the "ALL" category.

Maybe we should change json loading from "assign" to "mandatory" so that the code will catch any recipe missing "category" and "subcategory" in the future.

Thanks for catching this. I would agree that given the way our UI works for recipes subcategories should be mandatory.

* Blacksmithing tongs and cooking tongs are two diffrent things.  (CleverRaven#51672)

* Add blacksmithing tongs.

The tongs in game wouldn't be able to carry around a four kilo zweihander. They are designed for cooking and flipping food, so they are very lightweight and thing, they would most likely bend under the heat of the hot metal.

* Added the need to use blacksmithing (flatjaw) tongs for the Zweihander

Not using tongs for smithing is almost impossible.

* Change the blacksmithing toolset to include the tongs.

I also removed the tongs from the tools on the zweihander.
