Summary

SUMMARY: Balance "Changes beaver aggression to be more accurate and immersive."

Purpose of change

Fixes #38495 - Beavers are too aggressive.

Describe the solution

Simple JSON change to lower beaver aggression and morale, making them more accurate to real life and closer to other rodents.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I believe that animals should eventually receive a full rework to allow tracking, migration, and territorial aggression. This would allow creatures like beavers to build a dam on a river and defend it when it is attacked, rather than wandering and attacking indiscriminately.

Testing

I've done minimal testing but beavers are now much more passive and will not pursue for very long when you run away.

If it will fix #38495 then you could (should) write Fixes #38495 in your original post. You may edit it.
