Purpose of change

Fixes #36764

Describe the solution

Fix ids in npc complaints for various fields (they were moved to json in #29974 with _smoke suffix, but _smell suffixwas used in #32491).

Testing

Smoke some weed/crack/meth with NPC nearby and make sure they complain about it when affected by field.
