Purpose of change
This item has come up as something that needs to be repaired multiple times as it was not adjusted with other archery items, and every time I think, "hey that shouldn't even exist", so after digging around and once again coming up short finding anyone ever making a bolt or arrow shaft out of bone, I'm going ahead and obsoleting this item.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Lots of items in MST need this treatment, or rather the reasonable stuff should be pulled into mainline and the remainder of the mod should be discarded.
