SUMMARY: Bugfixes "Corrects behavior of shotgun speedloader chute"Purpose of change
Speedloader chute prevented single loading of shotguns they were attached to. They were introduced in #34638.
Describe the solution
Adds the code in that I was supposed to when Kevin gave it to me.
Testing
Compiled, tested a wingmaster modded with a chute, then tested a marlin 39a. (to check integral magazine guns)
Additional context
Oh, also removes the leadworks defender shotgun from the leadworks blacklist mod.
