SR/MPLS L3out configuration

ACI 5.0 has introduced SR/MPLS handoff
L3out ansible module does not support this option and also does not support either the complete configuration of all Logical Node and Interface Profiles, BGP config (including wan and local ASN), BFD settings, and BGP options even for standard L3out

Module should support single/dual or multiple leaves and single/dual or multiple WAN router to peer with.
Module should support the complete config Traditional L3out as well as new SR/MPLS L3out

Being ACI remote leaves proposed in edge Telco DC for Mobile packet core distribution with 5G and Edge Computing (potential of 1000s of RL), SR/MPLS handoff is key to support network slicing between ACI RL and SR based WAN.
