Description

This is the Python code for the paper-draft: "Bayesian reconstruction of geometric parameters that characterize subsea pipes using CT measurements". This code is work in progress and there are still different implementations in different files.

The code for the paper-draft included in the PhD thesis of Silja L. Christensen is denoted Thesis_.
