Description

We have more than 10k verified and not deleted organizations. Improve the organization and testing facility selection process for support admins on the /admin/manage-facility and /admin/unarchive-patient pages.

Proposed solution

Instead of a <Select> or <Dropdown> component to select an organization or testing facility use a combo box.
