Clarify the history and names of Editorial and Docs group
The bulk of the new text comes from what I removed in pythongh-2812 (a48b585).

One notable addition: Interpreter.set_main_attrs() (and Interpreter.get_main_attr()).

Add 'make htmllive' to rebuild and reload HTML files in your browser
PySide was listed as a binding generator for Qt,
but PySide is the final project. The name of the used
binding generator that PySide uses, is Shiboken.
PEP 702 says that the deprecation policy should be updated to
encourage use of @deprecated for deprecations.
