We have some packages for which not all README sections make sense would be nice to have a way to opt out of specific sections.

@pakrym, is what you're looking for here covered already in this issue: #42 or are there other examples of what you'd like to see changed.

In this case the README is for the package but the package is not a typical Azure service client library so headings like "Azure ... Client Library for .NET" don't make a lot of sense but others like "Installation" or "Troubleshooting" still apply.
