For stuff in server/pages/.

We might want to use https://github.com/reactjs/express-react-views or https://github.com/paypal/react-engine

Would be good to compare the render times for the jade and react versions. Changing over may require a different server load-out. There's an open question on whether we have any tools to do that inside Calypso.
