A. No. If you must change the location, please consider using a Windows symbolic link. Or perhaps use a cloud drive to automatically sync the contents of the relevant folder.
Q. Can I display the timer in a small section of another monitor? Can I display media content from another application in part of the timer monitor? Can I display media on the timer monitor and revert to the timer when the media closes?
A. Advanced switching of monitor content is best accomplished using hardware switches or software such as OBS.
Q. Can OnlyT be used for timing assembly programmes?
A. Yes. Please use the "file-based" mode and create a talk schedule that corresponds to the agenda for the assembly day. See the wiki for further information.
Q. I have selected automatic mode - why don't the OnlyT talk items match the meeting schedule?
A. As you may know, the midweek talks vary in number and duration from one week to the next. OnlyT gathers the required meeting timer data from an internet feed which is then cached locally for a few weeks. Please make sure you have an unfiltered internet connection (at least periodically).
