Description

  • fixes links on the cards in the community_med index page after moving
  • move additional resources out of 'evaluation' section as it has some data catalog links
  • change image that is an ACCESS image for community model catalogs to disassociated ACCESS to additional limited support resources.
  • remove previous model_live_diagnostics page and fixed links in run-a-model pages

Fixes #827
Building from PR #864, (fixing card links, moving 'additional resources' out of 'evaluation' section)
