Clicking on a sticky topbar menu toggle button scrolls page to the top #5716

Forgive me if this is a duplicate.

On mobile, when clicking the sticky topbar toggle button the page scrolls all the way to the top.

I am noticing this happens with or without stickiness on Chrome. The clickable demo also does this sometimes and resets the menu to closed when it happens.

Have you guys tried setting the scrolltop option to false? Setting to false does fix that for me.

Tested on mobile and finding that setting scrolltop to false fixes the behavior, as expected. Thanks @sojourning for bringing that to light.
