GPX-Importer Addon for Blender

After a short testing phase I edited some typos and made sure to also import routes which are missing the name tag. These nameless routes will be imported as "untitled route"

Tested with Blender 3.6.2 and created for Blender 4.0.2

This is a pre-release. Looking for other people with other GPS Exchange Format (.gpx) files at hand to try this out.
