The actual pricing/balance should be pb.value.value(logOffset). It's fixed by latter commit

The iterator created from TableDatabase is buggy. It will be fixed by ethereum#20703

It should be cb.amount, pb.value.value(t.clientPool.posExpiration(mclock.Now())). Will be fixed by latter commits.
