SolutionBook 1.2.4

This release is an intermediate release which will not be uploaded to the Visual Studio Marketplace as I first want to dog-food some changes I have made. Also, this is the first release to support Visual Studio 2022, but the marketplace does not support dual-targeted (2019 and 2022) extensions yet. The VSIX files for 2019 and 2022 are attached below.

Changes:

• General cleanup (to a point...)
• Auto-save and refresh
• Visual Studio 2022 support

Known bugs:

• On light themes, icons are barely visible
