Removed downloads button in readme and added bigquery in comment. #73

PyPI download statistics are broken at the moment, see for example this issue. Google BigQuery can be used instead, see this article and these example bigqueries.

This PR removes the PyPI downloads/months button and adds a BigQuery for querying the package downloads by version in the comment(!) of the README.rst file.

Please review and merge.

Coverage remained the same at 90.346% when pulling ba04f47 on andy/readme-download-button into edd4737 on master.
