Delete instructions for editing the /etc/default/zfs file on Ubuntu. Running `zfs mount -a` during system start is unreliable, especially on recent releases like Oneiric and Precise. The sysv /etc/init.d/zfs method of mounting ZFS at system start is deprecated for PPA installations because faster hardware and better upstart parallelism are causing more race errors. Design choices in upstart make event dependencies unfulfillable by by ZoL if it is separate from mountall, so using the enhanced mountall package that recognizes ZFS should be encouraged.
These two files were missing from the first Sun documentation scrape but later recovered by Illumos: http://www.illumos.org/msg/ZFS-8000-5E http://www.illumos.org/msg/ZFS-8000-HC Copy these files to the ZoL web site, but disable the style sheet and change illumos.org to zfsonlinux.org in the URL.
