Prospective version of ZMarkdown, including support for the new micromark plugin system.

This version is developed in parallel of versions 11.x, that will include backward-compatible changes for 11.0.

Issues in this milestone might be fixed while refactoring the plugins. PRs opened for this milestone must be made to the next branch, that will serve as a starting point.
