Zend Json Server Exception is missing the method name

In Zend_Json_Server line 553 a Zend_server_Exception is thrown with the message
"'Missing required parameter: ' . $refParam->getName()". This message should include the method whose parameter is missing.
If you are in a production environment and see this exception with a common parameter name like $id it can be very difficult to track down what is causing the problem since the model method name is not captured in the stack trace.

Example

        $server = new Zend_Json_Server(); 
        $server->setClass('Model_customers');

The stack trace will look like

/path/application/controllers/ApiController.php( Zend_Json_server->handle()

...
