This adds some workarounds to faulty logic in UT2004_3369 release of Unreal Tournament 2004. These fixes are specific to UT2004 and don't really apply to other games, and might even break them.
Fixes are specifically for voice capture and voice playback. Since UT2004_3369 is the final released version and will receive no new patches, the only way to fix it was within OpenAL.
