The clang14 recipe is ported and modified from the meta-clang kirkstone, and treated similarly as other versions older than the main clang recipe in meta-clang. This is needed by Intel Graphics Compiler for production quality. Signed-off-by: Zoltán Böszörményi <[email protected]>
