This repository is intended to hold standardized coral disease datasets useful for meta-analysis.
Disease_Data - this folder holds raw and standardized data and metadata from coral disease projects.
Disease_Data/Raw_Data - this folder holds raw disease data with names following the convention et_al_raw_disease_data
Disease_Data/Standardized_data - this folder holds standardized data in tab-separated values format following the convention et_al_raw_disease_data
Disease_Data/Metadata - this holds metadata about each file in the Raw Data folder, including publication source, format, etc
Disease_Data/Scripts - this holds scripts for translating raw disease data + metadata into standardized disease data
