feat: Handle also SHA Password hashes and handle salt dynamically

• Do not use ssha validation lib due to supply chain concerns
• Use PHC format for handling SHA
• We maintain though the format for {SSHA}, since it is widely used (see also @aeneasr's comment)
• The salt position is free (like in feat: support importing MD5 hashes ory/kratos#2725)
