this wallet does not send transactions

so i've downloaded and installed as well as synced the full node wallet for ZCL about three - four month ago because the electrum wallet did not work at the time . everything seemed as it should be , the wallet synced i created new addresses and was able to send my zcl-holdings in . two days ago i tried to send some of my balance out and it said success with x-amount of confirmations showing in the transaction details inside the wallet window as expected . problem is both the txid and the hash can not be found on any of the blockexplorers and the wallet info does not show block hight but instead block time which is not an option to look for in the explorer - websites , even the addresses involved do not show up on the explorer even so i have used them to get funds in a little while ago .
so either the wallet says it sends transaction and does not or it sends it out and they somehow do not reach the network which i think is unlikely because it says 8 connections and it counts the confirmations of the transaction . i am completely baffled by what is going on .

This wallet is not a sapling updated wallet, please see the correct GitHub repo we have moved to, you are probably sending zcl on a fork left over by some who never updated.
