Change in list name to mirror the pre-parser directive nomenclature for the AdGuard iOS app

This is practically as limited as an iOS application.

This is practically as limited as an iOS application.

I don't have an android device to test with currently, so it would be hard for me to support but I would be open to filter suggestions and creating a sublist for exclusions if problems are found.

These are no compatible with Android AG content blocker + Samsung Internet (bug in Samsung Content Blocker API implementation: AdguardTeam/ContentBlocker#232):

But works in Yandex Browser - AdGuard no have preprocessor detect run filter in Samsung Internet - so hard disable without lack for Yandex.

List now need manual add to "My filters" via URL e.g.: https://filters.adtidy.org/extension/android-content-blocker/filters/201.txt so problem is small as list until it's easier to use.
