ユーザープロフィール概要の「ファイル」一覧部分に

• 個人設定の「センシティブなメディアの表示」と「センシティブなメディアを開く時」の設定を反映させる
• センシティブであれば年齢確認ダイアログを表示する
• データセーバー設定を反映する
