Publish StaticMesh(Fbx) result to empty publish with just "thumbnail"

Current Behavior:

No fbx output found in the publish folder after the publish of staticmesh product type.

Expected Behavior:

There should be the fbx output found in the publish folder after the publish of staticmesh product type.

1. Create StaticMesh(Fbx) instance with selection
2. Publish

There is missing extractor for this particular product type. We need to add it back.
