Publish Level Product Type without published map

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior:

Publishing Level product type results to just _CON entity with metadata but no actual map published to the publish folder

Expected Behavior:

Actual map should be successfully published to the publish folder

1. Create Level Instance by selection
2. Publish
