how to get the environment done? thank you a lot

I install all the components as required in your "installation" section strictly and do pip all things done in requirement.txt, but it always raise errors like broken versions or missing something like "mmcv._ext". May you please ensure the mmcv-full and mmdet version? And will it better to use pip, conda or mim to install? Appreciate it a lot for your help.
