Fix bst file to prevent errors with TeX Live 2024

• Add missing function definitions for format.names.ed and format.in.editors

Hi, I recently started collaborating on a paper where the authors are using your bibliography style, and I found that BibTeX was giving me errors about undefined functions.

I have added the missing functions based on what I saw in some other bst files, but you might want to check over them. In one case, it seems to just be a typo (missing trailing dollar on an if$).

I am not sure why these errors did not show up for other people, perhaps more recent versions of BibTeX are less forgiving. I was using

BibTeX, Version 0.99d (TeX Live 2024)
