Merge 0.6.0 (master) into develop
Fix readme s/the Customize/the Customizer/
Send values to JS via js_value(); use setting json method if available
Move comments_open and pings_open filters
Fix purgeTrash by setting active to false
Make sure the customize-draft status is avialble to Snapshots & wp-admin
Fix PHP notice generated when a post type is registered without map_meta_cap
Do not update the modified date during customize-draft transition
Delete auto-draft and customize-draft status posts when saving a trash post_status
Use post type's edit_posts capability for sections instead of default
Defer embedding section contents until expanded
