kinda summarizing #40 and #802 + adding proxy services that provide "free GPT-4" as well, albeit at their own terms
would probably be a cool addition to have people both a provider list, free apis list (for those that don't want to 'selfhost'), and this, for those that can self host, and simply take the amazing work of @hlohaus & @xtekky for their own use lol
