See [xi issue]. When creating the Tui, block until the `client_started` notification has been sent. This is to make sure the first thing we send to the core is a client_started notification. xi-term crashes with the latest version of the core because the
client_startednotification is now mandatory. See: xi-editor/xi-editor#554
