When castero fetches new available podcast content, old content got removed.
It would be nice to have the possibility that the old feed content don't get deleted and to configure a time span or a number of max podcast entries per feed after that castero deletes old content.

Somewhat addresses #24, although this does not add support for retention of episodes (which is a larger change due to how merging will need to work).
