Drag and drop in IE #36

Jodit Version: 3.1.84

Using IE11

Expected behavior:
Dragging text from outside into the editor, copy the text, and dragging within should move it.

Actual behavior:
No text is created/moved, but carat ends up at where mouse is dropped.

Once again thanks for the fast fix, one thing though when dragging text around inside the editor it copies it instead of moving it.
