[msbuild] Improve symlinks for Xamarin.Mac. #8484

Instead of having multiple symlinks in the /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/External/xbuild/Xamarin/Mac directory pointing to files in /Library/Frameworks/Xamarin.Mac.framework/Versions/Current/lib/msbuild, have the /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework/External/xbuild/Xamarin/Mac directory point to the /Library/Frameworks/Xamarin.Mac.framework/Versions/Current/lib/msbuild directory. This way we don't have to update the symlinks whenever there are new files somewhere.
