This is a big PR with lots of api-diff to review. I think we need to do two things to make it easier to review:

• Publish the updates we have already done in GPS to NuGet. This will remove them from the api-diff report in this PR.
• Merge [ci] Ensure all namespaces are verified in published-namespaces.txt. #698 once it is green, merge main into this PR, and update the published-namespaces.txt file for the changes in this PR.

There were several new required dependencies among those several -ktx dependencies (and I added few more, because they needed no metadata except for namespace and most of them have single namespace/packagename).
