windows下LiteIDE代码跳转失效问题

每次进行Go版本升级的时候，LiteIDE的代码跳转就会失效。解决方案是更新gotools 和gocode，并将生成的gotools.exe和gocode.exe复制到 LiteIDE的bin目录下。

下载并生成 gotools.exe和gocode.exe

go get -u github.com/visualfc/gotools

go get -u github.com/nsf/gocode

拷贝GOPATH/bin目录下的gotools.exe和gocode.exe到 liteide的bin目录下
