Follow-up to #115; see #111. Once this is merged, release v1.3.0a1.

This reverts commit 659ebf5.

- wq optimize -> npm build - wq babel -> npm build - wq appcache -> Service Worker - wq phonegap -> React Native / Expo - wq scss -> Material UI theme - wq mustache -> JSX
