Some relatively minor updates to the release docs. This is mostly just removing steps that are automatically handled by the release script. The only real addition is giving providing the text for some relatively PR descriptions in the main apps that primarily refer to the gb-mobile PR.
Definitely open to feedback on any of these changes.
