온보딩에서 관심 태그 설정 시 알람 태그도 함께 설정되도록 합니다.

�회원 등록 api에서 입력받은 ActivityId 중 ActivityType이 '직무'인 활동과 이름이 같은 tag를 관심 태그로 설정하도록 구현
