• @HiDeoo noticed this test file had been accidentally skipped when added in fix: handle build.format links in sidebar #1023
• This PR re-enables it, by adding .test to the filename, and fixes a test it contains to pass

Ah, the snapshot change is actually unexpected — will need to work out why.

Edit: snapshot was correct, fixed the test code itself instead 👍

Starlight does the equivalent of getSidebar(Astro.url.pathname) in real-world usage, so in the scenario this test was emulating getSidebar('/index.html') was the expected usage.
