i18n(fr): update community-resources/content.mdx

Description (required)

• Adds new links in the French translation of community-resources/content.mdx: see Added RSS feed recipe #9724 and both add new rss recipe link to community guides #8294 and Update content.mdx #8430 was missing.
• Rewords the Recipes and Guides section:
  • the introductory sentence contained additional content
  • the subsection that continues to talk about recipes was using Ressources (resources) which seemed a bit weird, especially in the Add your own! aside
