From the API bash session, we discovered that the utilities exported by the
astor:i18nmodule should consider theroutingStrategyconfiguration option.This PR applies the required changes to return the correct URLs.
For example, when
routingStrategyisprefix-other-locales, thedefaultLocaleshould never appear in the URL, e.g.Testing
I updated the current testing suite with the correct expectations
