In the next branch we were already omitting several options. I figured this would be a good time to move things into Vite-land.
Are there any other options we should pass, other than mode and ssr?

isSSR ➡️ ssr, for consistency with Vite and elsewhere in our API.

Oh no mode is a string; ssr is a boolean. mode can be "development" or "production" and is borrowed from Vite: https://vitejs.dev/config/#mode
