[docs] remove legacy/experimental flags from config reference

Changes

This removes the docs JSDoc content for experimental and legacy flags from src/types/public/config.ts as these will now each have standalone pages maintained in docs.

• legacy.collections, clientPrerender and contentIntellisense are already live in beta 5 docs now with their own pages
• svg and responsiveImages each have open docs PRs ready to merge on feature release that will add their respective pages

Testing

No tests! (Please check I removed the correct level of parenthesis!) 😄

Docs

Only docs; will stop docs from pulling in this content, and it will be maintained in the docs repo now.

• deleted only the @docs tag but left the line spacing for easier spotting/troubleshooting
• also fixed a link I need updated while I was here! 😅

@ematipico These checks pass now, and while there may be more we could delete (e.g. @kind: h4) that only relates to docs, I think this is probably the safest first move.
