This PR adds a new parameter ('--modulation-gen N') to limit the used modulations. By default the behaviour continues to be the same (that's use all available modulations). However, generation 1 can be enforced for DVB-S (without any other modification) and DVB-T (with a new PR for the wirbelscan plugin).
